Selling Policies
General
Do not make any assumption regarding condition or included accessories unless described or pictured above.
Pictures are of the actual item for sale.  Picture may be one of the available items for multi-item listings.
New and open-box items may include manufactures stock photos.
Assume that if it is not described or pictured above, then it is not included.
Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold AS-IS and AS-DESCRIBED.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments only.
For “buy It now” listings payment is due immediately.  “Auction” listings must be paid within three (3) business days.
We do not collect tax.  However, sales tax may be collected by ebay.
Shipping & Handling
We do our best to ship all items within two (2) business days, excluding weekends and/or holidays.
When offered, free shipping is only available for the continental United States.
Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO boxes.  Please request a quote prior to purchase.
Not all items qualify for international shipping.  International buyers must request a quote prior to purchase.
Prepaid local pickup may be prearranged during daylight hours.
Refunds & Returns
If an item is not AS-DESCRIBED, buyer must report it no longer than five (5) days after confirmed delivery by the shipping company.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any item that is not AS-DESCRIBED.  If we cannot deliver the item, we will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.
A restocking fee will apply to cover ebay, PayPal, handling, shipping, and transportation costs for any return that is not due to listing defects.  We reserve the right to refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs where applicable. We do not absorb these costs due to buyer’s remorse.
